Homeware Items Refund Policy:
Faulty or Misrepresented Items:
At Maison Canterbury we strive to provide quality products delivered safely, but rare on occasion we realise the product(s) you receive may fall short of this expectation.
If you have received a damaged item or an item that is significantly different to as advertised, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund.
In the unlikely event of a faulty or misrepresented product being received, please email us at orders@maisoncanterbury.com with your concerns. 
Change Of Mind:
Maison Canterbury does not offer refunds to customers who have changed their mind.
In accordance with the ACCC guidelines, Maison Canterbury will offer an exchange or credit note to customers when:
  • They got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it. 
  • A problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it
  • The customer knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it
  • The customer asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business
  • The problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.
In the event you would like to return the item for any of the reasons listed above under Change Of Mind, the customer is to bear the cost of shipping, and we highly advise using at tracked service for the protection of everyone involved. 
Fresh Floral Delivery Refund Policy:
Perishable goods such as flowers cannot be returned.
The fresh flower bouquets sold on this website for local delivery to Melbourne are a perishable, natural item, and a flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others.
Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all bouquets produced are as pictured on this website will be an identical representation of the design received. If there is a significant difference, you will be contacted beforehand to explain the options, or offered a refund and cancellation. If you require specific flowers, please do contact the store to deal directly with one of our talented florists who can create a custom bouquet for you.
If you feel the design is not as described or the quality of the bouquet falls short, please contact us immediately where we can assess the query and if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
